End-User Licence Agreement
Effective 1 October 2026
This is the licence between you and LobbyForge ("we", "us") to use the LobbyForge dashboard and the LobbyForge Discord bot (together, "the Service"). It is written in plain English on purpose, and it does not stand alone: it works together with the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Fair Use Policy, all of which are part of this agreement by reference.
How you accept it
The first time you sign in to the dashboard, you are shown this agreement and asked to accept it. Clicking "I accept" is your agreement, and the dashboard stays closed until you do. Beyond that, using the Service at all — signing in, designing a layout, keeping the bot in a server — means you are bound by it. If you do not accept it, do not use the Service: sign out, and remove the bot from any server you added it to.
What you are licensed to do
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the dashboard and the bot: to design lobby layouts, preview them, publish them to Discord servers you administer, and run lobbies through the bot — all within the limits of your plan and of the Terms. That is the whole grant. The licence is not a sale, and it does not give you any ownership of the Service.
What stays whose
The Service — its code, its design, its name and artwork — is ours. The layouts, panel designs and wording you create stay yours. You give us the permission we need to store them, render them, and publish them into your Discord server — that is simply what running the Service requires. We do not claim ownership and we do not use your designs to promote LobbyForge without asking you first.
What you may not do
These restate the acceptable-use section of the Terms as licence conditions — they are the same rules, not new ones. You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service, except to the extent the law expressly allows it despite this term;
- resell the Service, sublicense it, or run it as the backend of a competing product;
- work around plan limits, rate limits or the authentication system, or otherwise use the Service outside what the licence above grants.
When the licence ends
You can end it at any time: remove the bot from your servers, sign out, and — if you want your data gone too — delete your account. We can suspend or end it as the Terms and the Fair Use Policy describe: those documents say what counts as a breach, how enforcement works, and how to appeal. When the licence ends, your right to use the Service ends with it; what happens to your layouts and your data is governed by the Terms and the Privacy Policy, not lost by this paragraph.
No warranty, limited liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited — the "No warranty" and "Limitation of liability" sections of the Terms apply to this licence exactly as they apply to the Terms themselves. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be removed by agreement.
Which document wins
If this agreement ever seems to disagree with the Terms of Service, the Terms win. This document exists to state the licence plainly, not to change the deal.
